Below is the format of our Puppy Reservation Deposit and Purchase Agreement, which will be executed after you the Buyer have paid your deposit and completed this Contract.

All dogs can join the AKC registration of the Giant Schnauzer Registry of the AKC.

Both With and Without Breeding rights will require a specific notation on your registration papers through the AKC.

____________________________________ (insert full legal name of Buyer(s), hereafter referred to as “Buyer”), on this date _______________________ (insert date), agrees to pay the amount of Three Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($300.00) to Oregon Giant Schnauzers, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Breeder”) as a non-refundable deposit towards a Giant Schnauzer.
Payment shall be made in the form of a Cashier’s Check made payable to Oregon Giant Schnauzers, LLC, via the U.S. Postal Priority Mail, with a tracking number that shall be provided to the Breeder. This contract shall be valid only at such time as the Buyer’s payment has been presented and clears the Breeder’s bank.
The full purchase price of an Oregon Giant Schnauzer puppy is Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($2,850.00), which shall be paid in full upon final purchase of your puppy on site or payment in full prior to shipping via Air. The $300.00 deposit received from the Buyer will be deducted from the total price of Buyer’s puppy, upon completion of final payment as defined above.

For Airline Chosen Transport: Buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that they will pay in advance, an additional flat fee of $200.00 to Breeder for Breeder preparing and transporting your puppy to the airport. Breeder will also supply a bag of puppy food that your pup has been eating, a water dish, a blanket, and a toy for making puppy comfortable during transport.
Buyer shall pay directly to their chosen Airline, the requested transport/shipment of your puppy via Airline. BUYER MUST COORDINATE WITH BREEDER THE DATE AND TIME OF FLIGHT PRIOR TO TICKET PURCHASE. Buyer to provide to Breeder the chosen Airline and destination Airport for puppy’s new home; your puppy will be flying out of the Redmond, Oregon airport.Buyer shall then provide Breeder with a complete written travel itinerary for their puppy’s first travel experience.
Buyer shall also pay in advance, to the Breeder, the fee for Airline Approved Transport Dog Carrier, at the then current cost charged by either PetSmart or Petco, which Breeder will obtain prior to shipping.
The $300.00 deposit per puppy shall be applied to a Giant Schnauzer puppy from a future litter to be born on or about: _______________________ (Breeder completes based on veterinarian estimate of whelping date): or the $300.00 deposit per puppy shall be applied to a Giant Schnauzer puppy that was born on: _______________________ (Breeder completes based on Buyer’s choice of puppy already whelped.)
In the event the Buyer’s choice of puppy as completed above is not available by said date, the $300.00 deposit provided by the Buyer shall be refunded within ten (10) days by Cashier’s Check mailed to the Buyer with tracking information provided.
THE BUYER’S DEPOSIT SHALL NOT BE RETURNED AND SHALL BE HELD BY BREEDER FOR LIQUIDATED DAMAGES IN THE EVENT THE BUYER DECLINES COMPLETING THE PURCHASE OF THEIR PUPPY FOR ANY REASON; OR IF BREEDER MAKES AVAILABLE A PUPPY BASED ON ALL OF THE BUYER’S ABOVE ELECTIONS AND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, THE BUYER DOES NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE OF THEIR PUPPY VIA PAYMENT IN FULL.
